Shipping, Delivery and Returns

All our alcoholic drinks are for ages 18 and over only, by completing your purchase you are confirming that you are 18+ years old.

We deliver to UK Mainland addresses only at the moment. We are working on the possibility of a delivery in Europe in the near future.

Delivery charge is now FREE (20kg max).

We aim to process all orders as soon as we can and most orders to be delivered within 48 hours.

As a general rule of thumb, please allow 2-3 working days from placing the order to the delivery day.

Orders made on Saturday and Sunday will be delivered by working Monday-Tuesday the following week.

If you order more than 12 bottles or one case, we will get in touch with you for more information.

If you have any issues or delays in your order, please contact us on genesis@philwinespirits.com or reach out via our social media channels, we will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible and help you resolve any issues.

Due to health and safety reasons, we cannot accept opened or unsealed products for refund.​

For returns – if you are unhappy with any of the items you receive, please contact us on genesis@philwinespirits.com immediately and we can arrange a suitable next course of action appropriate to the situation. Please allow 14 days for the items to be returned, checked and amount credited back to the original method of payment.
